i'm really really bored at home and idk but i want to make some thing cook, bake, or even experiment so do u guys know of any recipes i could to i know i could look on google but i want to here what u ppl say first

Mini Deep Dish Pizzas

Here's what you will need to make it:

* pre-made pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
* tomato sauce
* shredded cheese
* chopped veggies or meat
* muffin tin
* fork
* rolling pin


Here's what you have to do:

1!. Check with a grown-up before you start this!.

2!. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees!.

3!. Using a rolling pin or your hands, flatten out small pieces of dough and put a piece in each muffin tin!. If your muffin tin isn't non-stick, you should grease the tin ahead of time!.

4!. Make sure the pizza dough is pretty flat and press it along the bottom and sides of the each tin!.

5!. Spread some sauce on top of the dough!.

6!. Sprinkle them with cheese!.

7!. Top with the toppings of your choice, like chopped veggies or meat!.

8!. After 15 to 20 minutes, take the tin out of the oven and let cool!. Make sure you use oven mitts!

9!. Finally, pop the pizzas out with a fork and enjoy!.




Empanadas

Here's what you will need to make it:

* refried beans
* shredded cheddar cheese
* salsa
* store-bought pie crust
* spoons for fillings
* fork
* baking sheet
* glass


Here's what you have to do:

1!. Check with a grown-up before you start this!.

2!. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees!.

3!. Lay the pie crust out and using a glass, cut out round circles!. You can make 5 or 6 out of one pie crust!.

4!. Put the different fillings on one side of the circle: the refried beans, cheese, and salsa!. You don't need to use very much of each!. Make sure you leave enough room around the edge so that when you fold over the pie crust the ends meet!. Fold the pie crust in half and press the edges closed with a fork so that the filling won't fall out!.

5!. Put the empanadas on a baking sheet!.

6!. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes!. Be sure to wear oven mitts so you don't burn yourself when you take them out of the oven!.

7!. Let the empanadas cool before eating them!.

8!. Try making them with other fillings that you like!.

Candy Clay

Here's what you will need to make it:

* 3 cups powdered sugar
* 1/4 cup corn syrup
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) margarine, softened and cut into pieces
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* different colors of food coloring
* large bowl
* mixing spoon
* small bowls
* spoons


Here's what you have to do:

1!. Check with a grown-up before you begin!.

2!. Wash your hands!.

3!. Put 3 cups of powdered sugar, 1/4 cup of corn syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 stick of margarine, softened and cut into pieces, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract into a large bowl!.

4!. Mix these ingredients together until the dough doesn't feel sticky!. You may need to add more powdered sugar to make it less sticky - from 1/4 to 1/3 cup - but add it slowly and stop when the dough feels dry!.

5!. Divide the dough into little balls and put each ball into a separate bowl!.

6!. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl!. Make the dough in each bowl a different color!.

7!. Mix the food coloring into the dough with a spoon so you don't stain your hands!. Once the food coloring starts to blend in, use your hands to really smush it in!.

8!. Now sculpt your craziest creations out of the candy clay!. You can use them to decorate cakes or cookies, but be sure to eat them pretty soon after you make them!. Candy clay sculptures turn into candy rock sculptures after a while!Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you are looking for chicken:
Get chicken breasts or tenders and some italian dressing (i prefer aldi's because it has more flavor) but you brown the chicken a little!. then you add the italian dressing to cover the chicken!. cook down till chicken is done then put some parmesan cheese on and eat!.
if you are looking for beef:
you can go with kebab (if you have ground beef just make balls and skewer them)!. put 1tsp salt,2tbs parlsey,1/2tsp pepper, 1 tsp cumin, 1 cup onion, 2 clove garlic, 1/2 tsp coriander and 1/2 cup olive oil all in a bowl!. Cut up meat and let sit in flavors for a bit any where from 30 mins to 24 hours!. cook on skewers or just cook normal in pan!.
ramen noodles:
take a package of noodle boil them while they are cooking get a frozen bag of stir fry vegies cook those in some soy sauce if you want add some meat!. then mix together you got some yummy food!. save the packet of flavor for meatloaf or something like thatWww@FoodAQ@Com

Fish - Cod Loins

Get some allumimum foil and put two pieces of Cod loins on it!. Add Salt and pepper to this raw fish!. Get a pester and bruise some cardamom pods and then infuse these seeds with 1 tsp of lemon juice and a tablespoon of olive oil then put this in the foil with the fish and make into a parcel!. Put in a preheated oven at gas 5 for 10-12 minutes until cooked and serve with fresh vegetables or salad and a baked potato!.

Its all good and the juice left over reduce it to a jiu!. Poor over the fish or serve the sauce in a gravy boat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lime Chicken Rice
Marinade- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1- 4 to 6 oz!. boneless skinless chicken breast- in bite size pieces

Mix and marinate over night!. (I do it for an hour is I am in a hurry)

Rice-
2 TB olive oil- divided
2 TB minced garlic
1 onion, chopped
2 chopped and seeded jalapenos (if to hot- add canned green chilis)
1 can diced tomatoes
salt to taste
1 tsp tumeric
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 lime juiced
2 bay leaves
1 cup chicken stock
1 1/2 cup water
3 TB chopped cilantro
Heat 1 TB oil in small sauce pan- cook chicken and set aside!. Heat remaining 1 TB oil and cook garlic and onion until translucent!. Stir in jalapeno, tomatoes, salt and tumeric; cook for 2 minutes to soften tomato!. Stir in rice, mixing thoroughly!. Stir in half of lime juice, bay leaves, chicken stock, water and cooked chicken!. Bring to boil and reduce to low, cover and simmer 25 minutes- stirring occasionally until rice has cooked!. Remove from heat- discard bay leaves and stir in rest of lime juice and cilantro!.

Shrimp Creole-
2 pounds shrimp
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup chopped onion
2 cans tomato with juices
1/2 teaspoon thyme
4 cloves chopped garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
2 bay leaves
salt and cayenne pepper
1 TB cornstarch- disolved in small amount of water
Heat 2 TB butter and saute pepper and onion!. Add tomato and juice and the seasonings!. Blend in cornstarch and whisk!. Cover and simmer 1 hour!.
Saute shrimp in 3 TB butter and season with salt and pepper- add to sauce!. Serve over white rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

my fave is breaded pork-chops
4 1/4 or 1/2 inch chop
3 eggs beat in
2 cups of flour (on a plate,seaon w/sea salt n ground pepper)
4 cups of italian bread crumbs ( on a plate )

take your chops
1st cover w/ flour
2nd dip in egg mixture
3rd then bread crumbs

place on a cookie sheet over with wax paper place in frig 30minutes

w/ in a skillet (prefer cast iron)
add1/2" of olive oil (heat to mid heat)
take chops out
take some bread crumd from the cookie (a pinch) on drop in skillet of oil if the start to cook n not settle to the bottom
place 2 chops at a time
preheat your oven 250 degrees
place a broiler pan inside
once chop are done place them in the oven

Here make this!.!.!. it is awesome and at the right time of the year to make!.!.!.after it is cooled serve with whipped topping!.!.!. it is a hit wherever i take it!!!!

Pumpkin Pie Cake
1 lg!. can evaporated milk
1 lg!. can pumpkin
1 c!. sugar
3 tsp!. pumpkin pie spice
3 eggs
Beat above ingredients!. Pour into 9*13 inch pan!. Sprinkle one large package yellow cake mix over top of mixture!. Sprinkle walnuts on top!. Drizzle 1 ? cubes butter on top!. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes, until done!. Test with knife in middle!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
