Question: What's the name of the raw fish dish where the fish is marinated in lemon juice!?

It is called CEVICHE, and here's the recipe:
1/2 k of raw sierra fish
8 lemons
5 tomatoes
1/2 onion
1 / 4 cup chopped cilantro (i don't know if its the same word)
1/2 cup of olives (optional)
3 tbsp olive oil
1 avocado
salt

Procedure:

Cut into squares fillet of fish add the juice of 6 lemons and put it to marinate in a glass or plastic covered in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours to cook the fish in lemon juice when you finish this procedure wring !.

Chop the onion and add the juice of 2 lemons, olive oil, olives or chopped, drained and chopped capers and salt!.

Cut the tomatoes in half and remove seeds and cut into squares!.

Mix all ingredients and add the cilantro!.

Serve in cups or dishes by adding the avocado into squares!.

You can also change the fish for shrimps or mix it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

ceviche my parents own a seafood restaurant and man is that stuff good
i know you have to use a special kind of shrimp and chop it up but not to thin like maybe out of the shrimp you can get 4-5 pieces out of it
and my parents do it a different way they do it mexican style so ours is spicy
