The great thing about Chili is that you can put almost anything in it at any amounts and it turns out great!.

I would add all of the meat, all of the peppers, all of the onion, all the corn (drained, of course), and a can of each type of bean, drained and rinsed!.

Put in 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 2 teaspoons cumin, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/3 CUP chili powder!. Skip the paprika!. This should be an appropriate amount of seasoning for three pounds of meat and three jars of tomato sauce!. You can always tweek the spices from there!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well here is how I make my chilli, you will need:
Hamburger meat
Chilli Powder
Chilli Mix
Diced Tomatoes
Tomato Paste
Tomatoauce
Onion
Green Pepper
Dark Red Kidney Beans ( 1 can)
Light Red Kidney Beans (1 can)

FIRST: I cook my hamburger meat, then when it gets done I drain off the grease and add my chilli mix, add green peppers and onion and about 1cup water let it cook untill the peppers and onions are done

NEXT: While my hamburger meat is cooking I prepare my other items!. In a pot (depending on how much your making) add your 3cans of diced tomatoes, dark red kidney beans, light red kidney beans (be sure to drain then wash with water before adding to the pot) 1can tomato paste, 1can tomato sauce, 2 cans of water and a little bit of chilli powder!. Let this all cook together while your hamburger meat is cooking!.

THEN: When you hamburger meat, peppers, onions get done add them to the pot with everything else (its oaky if they are still some water in the pan) stir and add as much chilli powder as you like add salt and pepper and let simmer!.
