Question: Random baking ideas!?!? (got deleted!?!!?)!?
Okay, let me paint you a little picture, its saurday, its raining and generally crap outside, i have no house key so am stuck at home, tired and bored!. Having scanned my house for some thing to do I have wound up in the kitchen!.!. while searching said kitchen I found the following:

Dried yeast
baking soda
cornflour
baking powder
eggs
oats
milk
wholmeal and white flour
butter
brown and white sugar
vanilla essence
choc chips : P
ginger powder

So to relieve my bordom I have decided to do some random cooking/baking and use them up !.!.!.!.

Can anyone think of something I can make to cheer myself up please : )(included recipe/method /link would be much apreciated !)

Choc Chip Brownie Recipe
I WOULD CUT THIS RECIPE IN HALF-TO TRY FIRST
Brownies ingredient list:
2 1/4 cups of flour!.
1/2 cup of cocoa!.or 3/4cup melted choc!. chips
1 tablespoon of Baking powder!.
3 cups Sugar!.
1 cup Butter!.
1 tablespoon of Vanilla!.
6 medium eggs!.
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips!.
1 cup white chocolate chips!.
1 cup chopped walnuts!.

How to prepare and cook:

In a suitably sized bowl, cream the butter and sugar!.

Add eggs and vanilla and mix well, adding a little flour if necessary!.

Combine the flour, melted choc chips and baking powder!.

Stir the flour mixture into creamed butter mixture well!.

Pour into a greased tin 15*10*1 inch and spread evenly!.
USE A 8X8 INCH SQUARE PAN for HALVED RECIPE
Sprinkle the top of the mixture with chips and nuts!.

Bake at 350F for thirty minutes!.

Vanilla Cream Pie

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups milk
4 eggs
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 9 inch baked pastry shell

For filling, in a medium saucepan combine sugar, flour and salt; gradually stir in milk!. Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly!. Reduce heat; cook and stir 2 minutes more!. Remove from heat!.

Separate egg yolks from whites; beat egg yolks slightly!. Gradually stir 1 cup of the hot mixture into yolks!. Return egg mixture to saucepan; bring to a gentle boil!. Cook and stir 2 minutes more!.

Remove from heat!. Stir in butter and vanilla!. Pour hot filling into baked pastry shell!. Cool, cover and chill!.

Pastry crust

1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup shortening
3 to 4 tablespoons water

In a mixing bowl stir together flour and salt!. Cut in shortening till pieces are the size of small peas!.

Sprinkle water over the mixture; gently toss with a fork till all is moistened, form into a ball!.

On a lightly floured surface flatten dough with hands!. Roll dough from center to edge, forming a circle about 12 inches in diameter!. Place dough into 9 inch pie pan!.

Trim excess dough to 1/2 inch and fold under!. Using a fork, poke holes in the bottom and sides!. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes!. Let cool!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yields: 12 servings
"Delicious cinnamon rolls made with a soft, quick rising dough!."
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup margarine, softened
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 (!.25 ounce) package instant
yeast
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup water
1 egg
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
1!. Heat the milk in a small saucepan until it bubbles, then remove from heat!. Mix in margarine; stir until melted!. Let cool until lukewarm!.
2!. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 1/4 cup flour, yeast, sugar and salt; mix well!. Add water, egg and the milk mixture; beat well!. Add the remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring well after each addition!. When the dough has just pulled together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, about 5 minutes!.
3!. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let rest for 10 minutes!. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, softened margarine!.
4!. Roll out dough into a 12x9 inch rectangle!. Spread dough with margarine/sugar mixture!. Sprinkle with raisins if desired!. Roll up dough and pinch seam to seal!. Cut into 12 equal size rolls and place cut side up in 12 lightly greased muffin cups!. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes!. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)!.
5!. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until browned!. Remove from muffin cups to cool!. Serve warm
