SIMPLE AND EASY PORK STEAKS

Like your family, I am a HUGE fan of pork steaks!. Here's my favorite way to make them!. It's easy, fast, and delicious!

Brush or rub the pork steak with olive oil to coat!. Lightly salt and sprinkle liberally with Cavender's Greek Seasoning (yellow cylindrical container, available in the spice area of your supermarket)!. Flip and oil and season side two!. Then, grill on a hot grill with the lid down!. Grill side one for 2 mintues, then rotate 90 degrees and grill for 2 more minutes!. Flip to side two and grill for 2 minutes!. Then, rotate 90 degrees and grill for 2 more minutes!. Remove to a warm plate, tent loosely with foil, and let rest for 4-5 minutes!.

You'll have the most delicious, juicy pork steaks with beautiful grill marks on them (that's the reason for the rotation during cooking)!.

I like to eat the pork steaks with a side of corn-on-the-cob and German potato salad!. Yummmmmm!!!!

Hope this helps!

Add olive oil to drippings in pan, add a little bit of flour, parsley and a package of brown gravy!. Whisk together then add water!. Set on medium until it bubbles!. Then add a little more water and some mushrooms on low!. After 10 minutes, add the pork steaks back in!.
