Answers:
Griddle pan achieves best results but use no oil and do not cook for too long!. A hot pan and you need about 4 - 5 minutes a side!. If you have any Lime left, you can squeeze over the fish whilst cooking, this will add the extra Lime flavour to the dish!. Cooking in the oven is okay but you will find it wil be dried out hence, losing the taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
This is the best way to cook fish, you can either fry it or you put it in the oven wrapped in aluminium foil for 15min its enough!.
Oven: make a nice lemon juice, garlic, olive oil sauce and some green herbs with some salt and pepper and a bit of water!. Form a bed with the foil where you put the fish in(remember it has to be complete closed while in the oven) add some of your sauce, a few fresh tomates and off you go!.(10-20 min on 160 celsius)
Fry: in a littel glass, add garlic, herbs, olive oil, salt and peper, after souce is finished you put the sauce arround the fish and off in to the pan, but careful to not overcock it!.
You gave her this dinner and she will s*** ye da whole night!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
