Help I need a good lasagna recipe?!
Its for the kids in my church!. I cooked it before, but lost the recipe!. the best one get`s points!. The only thing I remember is that it had ricotta cheeseWww@FoodAQ@Com

I don't consider myself a great chef, but the feedback from my friends and family on this lasagna is always positive!. Even my 1st ex-wife, who hated to compliment my cooking, still says I make the "best lasagna in the world"!. A key is to have a good sauce, which store bought is not!. Dean’s Lasagna
15 ounce container Ricotta Cheese
1 egg
2 T dried parsley
? pound lean ground beef
? pound hot sausage
12 dried lasagna noodles
28 ounces of plain spaghetti sauce (home made is preferred)
2 cups Mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese!.
? Preheat oven to 350F
? Cook lasagna noodles per package instructions to the al dente time!. Drain and put on paper towels to absorb excess water
? Mix ricotta cheese, egg and parsley together, set aside!.
? Brown the beef and the sausage until cooked, drain and set aside!. It is not necessary to pre-heat the sauce!.
? In a sprayed 9 x 13 inch casserole dish or a lasagna pan, cover the bottom with about ? cup of the sauce!. Lay down, overlapping as needed, 3 noodles!. Spread ? of the ricotta mixture evenly over the noodles!. Spread 1/3 of the cooked meat over the ricotta!. Spread 1-1!.5 cups of the spaghetti sauce!. Spread ? cup of the Mozzarella, and a shaking to taste of the Parmesan!.
? Repeat layers: noodles, ricotta, meat, sauce, cheeses, 2 more times, using up all the ricotta and meat in the third layer!.
? Make 1 more layer of noodles, use all the rest of your sauce, and all the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan on top!.
Note: Lasagna making is not an exact science!. A little more or less of this or that only makes a difference to the cook, not the customer!.

6 ounces provolone cheese

Heat oven to 350F degrees!. Brown ground beef in ovenproof 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 4 to 5 minutes!. Drain off fat!. Remove beef from pan!. In same skillet place frozen ravioli;top with ground beef!. Spoon sauce evenly over beef; Sprinkle with basil and oregano!.
Reduce heat to medium!. Cover and cook until ravioli are browned on bottom and heated through (7 to 8 minutes)!. Remove from heat!. Place cheese slices over ground beef mixture!. Place skillet in oven!. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted!.

Wontons:
In a large 1-gallon pot, heat 2 inches of peanut oil to 350 degrees F!. Fry the wontons in batches until golden and crispy, about 90 seconds!. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper-lined plate!. Season with salt and reserve until ready to assemble the lasagnas!.
Vegetable Layer:
Place a 12-inch saute pan over medium-high heat and add the oils!. Once the oils are hot, add the garlic, ginger, and green onions, and stir with a rubber spatula for 30 seconds, to keep from burning!. Add the carrots and peppers to the pan and saute, while stirring for 2 minutes!. Add the cabbage to the pan and continue to cook for 3 minutes!. Pour the water into the pan and continue to cook until all of the water is dissolved, about 3 minutes longer!. Season the cabbage with the hoisin, salt, and pepper!. Garnish with the green onions and cilantro and toss to blend!.
Place 1 wonton skin on the base of 4 separate plates!. Divide the vegetables among the 4 plates, and top each with another wonton skin!. Continue by adding the meat mixture onto the second wonton!.

Place a 10-inch saute pan over a medium-high heat and add the oils!. When the oil is hot, add the garlic, ginger, and green onions to the pan!. Saute for 30 seconds, and add the pork!. Cook the pork, stirring occasionally, until most of the fat has rendered out and there is very little pink to be seen, about 3 minutes!. Add the diced shrimp to the pan and continue to cook, stirring, for another 2 minutes!. Add the hoisin, soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon sugar to the pan, and cook, stirring, until the liquid is reduced slightly, about 1 minute!. Add the cornstarch slurry to the pan and cook, stirring for 1 minute longer!. Sprinkle the fresh cilantro over the pan and toss to blend!.
Layer the second wonton skin with the meat mixture and top with the third and final wonton skin!. In the same pan that you cooked the pork and shrimp in, add the remainder of the soy sauce (1/4 cup), remaining 1 tablespoon of sugar, the mirin, and the shrimp halves!. Place this over a high heat, and cook, until the shrimp are cooked and the liquid has reduced to a glaze, about 3 minutes!.
Place a shrimp half on top of each wonton, and garnish with the cilantro!. Drizzle the glaze around the lasagna on the plate and serve immediately!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hi! All of the recipes sound yummy! If you really want an easy recipe just get the lasagna noodles that you don't have to precook!. On the box is a recipe that I use sometimes when I'm in a hurry!. It tastes real good too!. Try it!. I think it's the American lasagna noodles!. Don't forget to get the ones that say you don't have to precook!.
