What is your Osso Buco recipe?!
I'm making a batch tomorrow and wanted to get your version of it in case it sounds better then mine!. I use the following from Allrecipes and have used it for years!.

Hiya Gypsy, the seasoning you do the night before I don't see a problem!. However the only difference I do, and that recipe link is basically what I do!. I don't use white wine!. I use red, and it has to be the red I am serving at the table!. If your prepared to drink it then you can also add it to your cooking!.
Might be an individual taste, but i find red wine gives the food more body, more flavor!. The other tip I can offer you, once the Osso Buco is simmering, leave the thing alone, people are so tempted to go and turn each piece or stir!. Leave it alone, let the love do it's work!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
