PLEASE IM IN A HURRY BAKING PASTA! NEED AN ANSWER?!
ok im boiling larger size ziti noodles so i can put them in the oven
now should i boil them partially add my flour milk butter and parmesan rue/sauce to the noodles and THEN bake them for while to fully cook along with a cheese and breadcrumb topping
these are big tube noodles and i dont want them to collapse and also i want the cheese to still be gooey and good but with a nice cheesy crunch on top
OR should i boil them thoroughly and then add my flour milk butter and parmesan rue/sauce to the noodles AND THEN put my shredded cheese and breadcrumb topping and then just throw that in the boiler for a few min!. until i get a bubbly cheese golden brown lookWww@FoodAQ@Com

Relax!. Just put everything in a blender, pour in a metal bowl, and throw in microwave for 35 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
If you bake the noodles with the sauce, you want the noodles to be slightly underdone before baking!. In this case, however, the ziti will pull moisture from the sauce!. To avoid the finished dish from being too dry, you may want to add a little milk to the sauce to thin it just a bit!.
The second method of cooking the noodles til done, then combing with the sauce, then broiling the topping is quicker and will render a looser, creamier finished product!.
Just make sure your baking dish is safe to put under the broiler!.
Either way you go, sounds delicious!
Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

When doing a baked pasta dish, I only cook the noodles half way and then cook them fully in the oven with my sauce and other ingredients!. I have come to find out that if you cook the pasta fully, they are a bit too soggy in the baked dish when it's finished!. I'll send this right away, good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
oh I just made something similar to that for my brother!!! I cooked the pasta thoroughly, added everything else I needed, then popped it in the oven!. Just keep an eye on it- make sure nothing over cooks!. It should only need about 15 minutes!. Came out great :) Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I would prepare it all on the hob first, then place all the contents into an oven proof dish for a few minutes, so a to brown the top!. adding a bit more cheese on the top for a crunch before putting in oven!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
