I need an easy pasta sauce?!
I'm making pasta for my boyfriend and I tonight, and I wanted to make an easy cheese sauce or something tasty like that, but I don't have a recipe!.
I don't have tomatoes and I only have cheddar cheese, so I don't know if it's possible!. Any ideas!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black or white pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar or smoky flavor Cheddar cheese
Preparation:
Melt butter; remove from heat!. Stir in flour and seasonings!. Gradually add milk, stirring until well mixed!. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth!. Cook for 5 minutes longer; add cheese!. Stir until smooth and well blended!. Serve with pasta or vegetables!.

Freshly cracked black pepper
Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, for garnish
To prepare alfredo sauce: Heat heavy cream over low-medium heat in a deep saute pan!. Add butter and whisk gently to melt!. Sprinkle in cheese and stir to incorporate!. Season with freshly cracked black pepper!. In a large stockpot, cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 3 minutes!. Quickly drain the pasta and add it to the saute pan, gently toss the noodles to coat in the alfredo!. Transfer pasta to a warm serving bowl!. Top with more grated cheese and chopped parsley!. Serve immediately!.
