Question: Does anyone have a recipe for a Egg White Omlette!?

1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions:
Separate the eggs and discard the yolks, the white is fat free and still makes a lovely light breakfast omlette!. Whip the egg whites and fry in the olive oil just as you would a normal omlette!. Serve with black pepper!.

Individual omelettes are worth the effort for a small bunch!. Leave out the yolks and you'll lower the cholesterol and the calories!. Roast a variety of vegetables ahead of time and set aside so people can customize their omelettes!. Try diced fennel, red onions, and zucchini!. Adding fresh herbs like basil, chives, or tarragon will bump up the flavor too!.

3 egg whites, well seasoned with salt and white pepper
1/4 cup diced sweet red pepper
1/4 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 Tablespoon chopped scallions
1 Tablespoon chopped parsley

1!. Whisk egg whites in bowl until they are frothy!.

2!. In an omelette or saute pan, saute red peppers, tomato, mushrooms and scallions!. Cook until tender, about 5-10 minutes!.

3!. Pour egg whites over vegetables!. As it starts to set, gently flip over and cook till done!. Garnish with chopped parsley!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You Will Need
3 large egg whites
1 teaspoon water
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill (optional)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup loosely packed, thinly sliced fresh spinach
1 plum tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons shredded nonfat cheddar cheese
Vegetable cooking spray

What to Do
1!. Whisk egg whites, water, dill (if using), salt, and pepper together in a medium bowl until soft peaks form!. Toss spinach, tomato, and cheddar together in a small bowl!.

2!. Lightly coat an omelet pan or small skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat 1 minute!. Pour egg mixture into pan and cook until eggs begin to set on bottom!.

3!. Spread filling over half of omelet, leaving a 1/2-inch border and reserving 1 tablespoon mixture for garnish!. Lift up omelet at edge nearest handle and fold in half, slightly off-center, so filling peeks out!. Cook 2 minutes!. Slide omelet onto a serving plate and garnish with reserved filling!.

Sure! 3 or 4 egg whites(separated or 'egg beaters'), a little milk, some vanilla!. Mix well with fork or whip!. Dice some onion and put in pan with some spray oil(low cholesterol), on medium heat till slightly brown!. Pour in egg mixture and let sped over entire 10" skillet!. Turn heat down and let cook till almost all egg is dry!. Lay cheese on top and flip over making one fold!. Lay more cheese ( or cheese's) on top and then flip in three folds!. You can use any omelette recipe and just omit the yolks!. The last egg white omelette I made had finely cut up broccoli florets, tomatoes, and cut up mozzarella cheese!. Just beat those items together with 3 egg whites and fry in non-stick cooking spray!. It was delicious!Www@FoodAQ@Com

first u take an egg and break it then u take the yellow out and u add vinegar after that cook it in your oven for 3 minute dont let it turn grey then u take your but cheeks and flop them together and u get an white egg turtle Www@FoodAQ@Com
