Question: What is the healthiest pudding you can think of!?

Make a homemade pumpkin pudding or flan!. Pumpkin has a ton of nutrients in it; and the milk & egg are healthy for you!. Even the cinnamon is healthy! Actually, it would be good to eat as a dessert too! !.!.!.!. Even pumpkin pie is healthy for you!. Just use pure, fresh ingredients (no artificial sweeteners, margarine, etc)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have to say, any sugar-free boxed pudding mix made with skim milk would be the lowest in fat with the highest calcium and no sugar!. I think that is rather healthy:-) I make it that way for my Dad for family gatherings, he is a diabetic!. I serve to everyone, they can't tell the difference!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

FRUIT SALAD

simply chop up various different fruits (i!.e banana, orange/satsuma/clementines, grapes (could be red or green),apple, pear etc!.) or any leftover fruits you need to eat before they ripen too muchWww@FoodAQ@Com

Probably a sorbet,it is made with fruit,water and sweetener (sugar if you prefer) then frozen!. also very refreshing after a meal!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
