How do you make a noodle soup that is healthy?!

this is one of my absoloute favorites!.slice 2 carrots ,dice 1 stalk celery,mince 1 cove garlic, preheat a 2 qrt!. saucepan over a med low heat add 1 tbls!. olive oil and sweat vegies till tender!. remove from pan and add 2 bone-in skinless chicken breasts!. cover with water and bring to a simmer with 1 bay leaf 1 sprig of time and 4-5 pepper corns simmer 1hr!. remove chicken and add vegies back to pot along with egg noodles,simmer 10-12min till noodles are tender!. Shred chicken and return to soup and serve!. *add salt to tour taste when adding noodles!.

when I feel icky I use ramen!.!.!.!.!.and this is healthy!.!.!.
get the water boiling and the noodles stirred up!.
add= garlic, onion (dry), parsley, red pepper flakes,
turn off and let sit, use fork to whip in 1 egg just before putting into the bowl!.!.!.!.
my version of egg drop soup for a cold and ick!.!.!.!.
