There is a great sauce that is used by a local chef called "Zip Sauce" that he uses as a steak dipping sauce for his Tenderloin Appetizer

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon salt

Hmmm!.!.!.there's so many!. My favorite is A1!. I just love the tangy flavor!. If you want a BBQ sauce, Sweet Baby Ray's is a great sauce!. You could make a cheese sauce!. Just take equal amounts of butter and flour and heat them up in a skillet on low heat!. Wait until the butter is melted before adding the flour!. Stir and cook the flour until the flour is cooked and mixture has a peanut butter color!. Add some cream and stir!. Bring to a boil, then simmer until thickened!. Cut an onion in half!. Take one half, stick two cloves in it, and add it to sauce!. Sprinkle dash of nutmeg into sauce!. Season to taste with salt and pepper!. This sauce is called a bechamel!. It's basically a white sauce!. Now you can add anything you want to it to compliment it!. You can add bleu cheese to it and have a bleu cheese sauce!. You can add more cracked black pepper, add some sauteed mushrooms and onions and pour that over your steak or have it on the side as a dipping sauce!. There are so many things you could do! I hope this helps you out!. Happy cooking!Www@FoodAQ@Com
