Get some good quality sausages, whatever flavour you like!. Cut an opening in the skin at one end and squeeze the sausage meat out making several small balls!.
Heat some olive oil in a frying pan & brown the sausage balls then remove from pan!.
Drain off any fat, add some more olive oil to the pan & gently fry some chopped onion & garlic!. Add a tin of chopped tomatoes, basil, chilli powder & tomato puree & mix!. Add some chopped red pepper & mix!.
Put the sausage balls into the sauce & leave to simmer until cooked through!. Serve on top of your favourite pasta with parmesan & black pepper!.
Yum yum!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Drain some of the liquid in the crockpot (about half)
and pour sauce mixture over chicken in crockpot and
cook an additional 30-45 minutes!.
Remove chicken to platter and stir sauce before
ladling some over the chicken and serving the rest in
a gravy boat!.
