this is a recipe which can be used with other meats or (as in my case) with veggie mince or Quorn pieces!. roast the meat as normal (err on the over rather than undercooked side) then strip all the meat into small bite size portions!. Having brought the rice to the boil simmer it (brown is best some say) until the water is reduced and the rice is still wet but not immersed in water, add a tin of pineapple chunks or pieces to the chicken in a saucepan and stir in some red kidney beans and some tomato puree keep stirring as you bring it to full heat, let it bubble for about 3 minutes still stirring,then stir it into the rice and serve up piping hot!. (you can add curry powder or sweet and sour sauce for a change if wished!.) Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have several recipes for chicken that I enjoy, but for an easy, hearty meal, here's one of my favorites:

Chicken and Stuffing:

4-6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 box Stoufers Cornbread Stuffing mix
3 T butter
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 jar chicken gravey

Season thighs with salt and pepper and saute in non-stick pan until seared on both sides!. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes!. Remove from pan and add 1 1/2 cups water and butter to pan!. Bring to a boil and add stuffing mix!. Turn heat off, stir and top with thighs!. Spoon on gravey, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes!. Serve with peas and sweet potatos!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

chicken is one of the most versatile food out there so really its all about what you like and how you are prepairing it!. fried chicken usualy something like fries or baked potatoe broiled chicken usually wild rice or ever rusoto chicken parm or alfredo ususlly pasta and any veg will do but the best thing to always remember about all food that beginers never really understand is there are no rules to how food should taste all the time there are standards and traditions but in the end its all about what you like Www@FoodAQ@Com

I usually make rice with my chicken!. The juices from the chicken blend so well with the rice, and the rice just soaks up the juices!.!.!.it's so good!.

Vegetably wise, I just do some peas or green beans!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you're making grilled or baked chiken breasts, I like to add steamed asparagus to the menu!. It gos good with the other fine suggestions of rice and veggies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
