You could buy these in a food shop, and the chemicals you listed can't be bought easily, but you could find foods which have the chemicals, such as Citric Acid in LemonWww@FoodAQ@Com

Most of the ingredients you list are flavourings or thickeners!. You just need milk and live yogurt to make the yogurt, as outlined in an answer above!. I'd heat the milk to blood temperature before adding the culture, though (not too hot or you'll kill the culture)!.

Nonfat dry milk - some people add some dried skimmed milk to the fresh milk to give the yogurt more 'body'!.

carrageenan, - this sounds like it derived from or is a synthetic version of carrageen moss, a seaweed used in Ireland to make a kind of jelly pudding!.
pectin - this is used to help jams to set when the fruit doesn't naturally have a lot of citric acid (eg!. sometimes used for apple jelly)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

all you need to make yogurt is milk idealy un pasturized, and a culture
the culture can be taken from a pot of greek style live yogart purchased from a store,
add one desert spoon of the greek yogurt to one pint of milk in a thermos and keep it at room tep for arround 12 hours, you should then have yogurt which can be flavoured with anything you like!.
before you flavour your yogurt don't forget to take out one desert spoon full to make your next batch!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
