Find one that is labeled "Montreal Steak" seasoning!. McCormick makes one and you can find it under other label names!. It's very good and hass plenty of salt, pepper, granulated garlic!.!.!.

2 tablespoons crushed black pepper
2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon granulated onion
1 tablespoon crushed coriander
1 tablespoon dill
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes

An easy one is to spread french mustard thinly on both sides!. Then coat with crushed peppercorns!. Any will do green, red, black, white!. Really simple and really tasty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
