If i made choco covered strawberries right now would they still be good tomorrow at lunch? ?!
Answers:
I don't see why not!. Like someone else said, though, refrigerate!. (IMHO, however, strawberries are best when just dipped in the chocolate and not allowed to harden!. Your mileage may vary!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com
We make these all the time at my kitchen-but they are better made just a few hours before!.
wash the berries and dry them using a fan or very gently on p!. towels!. they need to be dry!.
if the berries are firm and good quality they will probably be OK next day,but they can get moisture droplets in the fridge and they won't look as nice-
also if youmake them the night before you will have to battle people who want to eat "just one"!. It's really annoying - so have them ready for the morning, dry, and do it just a couple of hours before your guest show up!. good luck!.
also try choc dipped apples, pretzels, apricots - it just never ends!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They'll still be good, but not *as* good!. They might start to weep/run a bit because of the juice of the strawberry!. They'll still be tasty, though!Www@FoodAQ@Com
