Answers:
2 large eggs is equivalent to just under 1/2 cup of egg!. One adds 2 tablespoons of water to make it come up to 1/2 cup!.
And egg per weightwatchers is 100 calories!.
So you have added 200 calories for the real eggs instead of the Egg Substitute amount of calories!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It'll add a few calories and some cholesterol, but not a ridiculous amount!. Not enough tomake me drive to the store to buy egg sub!. If you are too worried about it, use 1 egg and enough egg whites to reach 1/2 cup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes!. Check your egg carton for calories!. It depends on the size of the eggWww@FoodAQ@Com

a good bit and collateral too!. But it should still taste goodWww@FoodAQ@Com
