HELP! What do I cook?!


Question: HELP! What do I cook!?
Okay tomorrow at home ecnomics (cooking) at school i have to cook something by myself!. BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT! i suck at cooking and really need something easy and quick to do - like maybe takes about 45mins!? I really don't know what to do!. I am being marked on this!.!.!. help please!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have cooked all of these and they all taste great!.
I would reccomend the Banana Cake over the Chocolate Buns though, it is a lot easier to make and it tastes way yummier!.

It's actually pretty easy: Do a fish meal

Ingredients
-Dory fish fillets
-italian herbs
-salt
-butter
-oil (olive best)
-grounded pepepr
-potatoes
-salad vegetable (lettuce and carrots)
-lemons

Method:
1) Take a large piece of aluminium foil, place about 2 slices of dory fish
one beside another!.

2) Squeeze 2 lemons for it's juice

3) Glaze the fish slices with some oil and grill it in a pre-heat oven(190`celcius)

4) Grill for about 3 minutes

5) Take out from the oven and flip the fillets over to the other side

6) Pour about one tea-spoon of lemon juice on each of the fillets!.

7) Sprinkle some salt, pepper and herbs on top!.

8) Grill for another 5 minutes!. lay in the middle of a plates

9) Boil about 2 potatoes and skin them!.

10) Cut them into small cubes and toss them with some melted butter, salt, grounded pepper and italian herbs!.

11) Cut the vegetables, up and once again toss with salt, pepper, and one tea-spoon of lemon juice!.


The Fish should be alid in the middle of the plate, the potatoes at the side and the vegetables below the potatoes!. Perfect!. tast good and real simple!. Good luck

Fettuccini Carbonara !! very easy to make and VERY VERY delicious!.!.!.

5 teaspoons olive oil
4 shallots, diced
1 large onion, cut into thin strips
1 pound bacon, cut into strips
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (16 ounce) package fettuccini pasta
3 egg yolks
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Heat olive oil in a large heavy saucepan over medium heat!. Saute shallots until softened!. Stir in onion and bacon, and cook until bacon is evenly browned!. Stir in garlic when bacon is about half done!. Remove from heat!.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil!. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente!. Drain pasta, then return it to the pot!.
In a medium bowl, whisk together egg yolks, cream, and shredded Parmesan!. Pour the bacon mixture over the pasta, then stir in the cream mixture!. Season with salt and pepper!. Serves 6!.

This one is relatively quick and simple!. Mostly only measuring cups, not a lot of little measuing spoons etc!. It is just the season for it too!

How do they know what ingredients you will need for your recipe ahead of time, or do you get to go shopping first!?

PEANUT BUTTER PUMPKIN SOUP

4 tbsp!. unsalted butter
4 c!. pumpkin pie filling
2 c!. pureed sweet potatoes (usually you can get these in the canned veg!. section)
1 c!. peanut butter (use crunchy or creamy)
6 c!. (48 oz!.)chicken broth (canned)
1 tsp!. freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp!. salt
Chopped chives, garnish
Sour cream, garnish

Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat!. Stir in pie filling, sweet potatoes and peanut butter!. Add broth, pepper and salt!. Stir well until smooth!. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes!. To serve, garnish with chives and sour cream!

i suck at cooking too - but this is something that has always saved my *** :-) -
Crispy chicken,
marinate (boneless) chicken strips in vinegar salt, paper over night
once done -smash Kellogg's corn flaks ,
roll the marinated chicken in a little bit of butter or margarine and then cover and roll the chicken with the corn flaks
Bake for 20 minuets or so !.!.!.till crispy and brown
this can be serves with sweet and sour dip and mash, or gralic bread and it tastes yummmmm

you should have thought about this long before the night before the test !.!.!.and instead of posting a question on the internet why not look up a reciepe yourself on the net!. How are we suppose to even know what is in your fridge to even be able to give you a reciepe!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

i don't cook!.!.!.scares me!.!. i buy the things for the cooking!.!.!. have a pretty girl cook!.!.!. very sensual u know!.!.!. especially in the nude or close to it!.!.!. n then eating with our fingers!.!.!.!.!.!. i always do the clean up!.!. wash dishes in two minutes flat!.!.!. see if you can cook that fast lol
