I eat a bean, cheese, and jalapeno burrito (homemade) almost every morning! At times, when I am making scrambled eggs or an omelet for my kids and there are leftovers, they also go in! YUMMY! Great protein for a non-meat eater ;)

Note: Beans, nor anything else causes issues with me like others ;) Could it be adding meat to your diet!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sometimes!. I am half hispanic so we have rice and beans a lot!. When I visit my grandmother in Puerto Rico, we always have rice and beans for breakfast along with eggs and fresh fruit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
