I love marinated anchovies, does any one have a good recipe using them other than just in a salad?!

Hi monkienu, love these questions, large skillet or pan with sides, four fillets minimum of anchovies saute with onion finely diced, Italian parsley finely chopped, don't brown the onions in about five table spoons of EVOO, add 6 cloves of crushed garlic give it a few minutes for the garlic to start to sweat and release it's flavors, don't burn the garlic please!.
You will find that your anchovies will start to break down, that's normal!. Add your pasta that should be boiled and ready, add Parmesan cheese and toss, allow the pasta to get a good coating, serve add some Parmesan on top, you may like to dress the dish with a fillet of anchovies on top of the cheese, your choice!. some people add cream during the process, I wouldn't!. not with the anchovies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pasta Puttanesca!
Serves: 2
Ingredients
Freshly grated Parmesan!.
Freshly ground black pepper
Handful of chopped fresh basil
250g dried spaghetti
400g can chopped tomatoes
6 sun-dried tomatoes
2 tbsp capers
Olive oil
2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
Fresh red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
Half a jar anchovies marinated in olive oil and a handful of chopped blakc and green olives!.
Method
Heat a little olive oil in a large saucepan and add 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic and a fresh red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped!. Cook gently for 1 minute!. Chop half a jar of anchovies, 2 tbsp capers and 6 sun-dried tomatoes!.
Add to the pan with the olives and a 400g can chopped tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes!.
Meanwhile, bring a second large pan of water to the boil and cook 250g dried spaghetti according to the pack instructions!. Drain and return to the saucepan!. Add the sauce to the spaghetti with a handful of chopped fresh basil and freshly ground black pepper!. Toss well, top with freshly grated Parmesan and serve with french bread!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1 egg white, lightly beaten
20 square wonton wrappers (about)
20 anchovy fillets, drained and mashed
3 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
2 Tbsp minced chives
1/4 cup melted butter
Preparation:
Mix anchovies, cream cheese, and chives until evenly combined!.
Brush the edge of each wonton with egg white!. Spread about 1 teaspoon of anchovy mix in a line 1/2 inch from the edge lengthwise and up to 1/2 inch from the edge width!. Roll into a log!. Gently press and twist each end slightly!. (At this point, you may cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 2 days before cooking!.)
Brush lightly with melted butter and place on a cookie sheet!. Bake at 350 F!. for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly browned and crispy!. Serve anchovy twists warm!.
