Do you have a good recipe for a strawberry cream pie?!
I'm looking for something along the lines of a "French Silk" pie, but with strawberry filling instead of chocolate!. Any suggestions!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

~Strawberry Heaven Pie~ I make this all the time, and everybody loves it! I promise it is not as difficult as it sounds to make!
Crust:
1 1/2 c!. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c!. almonds, toasted & chopped
1/3 c!. powdered sugar
6 T!. melted butter
1!. Mix crumbs, almonds, 1/3 c!. sugar and melted butter!.
2!. Press into a 9-inch pie plate; chill!.
Cream Cheese Base:
4 ounces cream cheese
2 T!. heavy cream
1 t!. almond flavoring
3 T!. powdered sugar
1!. Soften cream cheese; combine and mix other base ingredients!.
2!. Spread in bottom of chilled crust!.
Pie Filling:
12 ounces frozen strawberries
1 1/4 c!. sugar
2 egg whites
2 c!. heavy cream, whipped (divided for 2 different uses)* & **
1/4 c!. lemon juice
1/2 t!. almond flavoring
Fresh strawberries
1!. Thaw strawberries, puree in blender, the strain through sieve!.
2!. Using mixer, combine strawberries, sugar, egg whites, lemon juice; beat on high until stiff!.
3!. * Fold in almond flavored whipped cream to the above!.
4!. Place on top of Cream Cheese Base!.
5!. Freeze until firm!.
6!. ** Top with whipped cream sweetened with 1 t!. sugar and 1/2 t!. vanilla and decorate with a fresh strawberries!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Easy Strawberry Creme Pie
Use a graham cracker crust 8 or 9 inches
Take 2 Boxes of strawberry instant pudding
and mix in a bowl with beaters that have been chilled , using only half of the amount of milk until thickened fold in a 8 oz!. container of cool whip!.
Pour into the pie shell and refrigerate for about 4 hours,even better if you can do it overnight!.
Take the chilled pie and top the middle of the pie with a large strawberry an surround some of the green leaves around it!. Then take the other strawberries and slice and put all around the pie!.
Serve on plate that has been sprinkle with chocolate in a fancy design and put another strawberry on the side!.
