Cooking Help ASAP!!!?!
I am making cubed steak!. I originally cooked it for 1hr 30 min on 350 but forgot to cover it!. It still looked like a pinkish tint all over so I covered it with foil and cooked it 35 min on 450!. I just checked it and it still looks pink!!!! Is this the color it is supposed to look!? I know my oven is working just fine!!! Should I cook it longer!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am sorry to say this, but I have heard of a certain problem with meat, especially beef, that causes discoloration!. It may be this, and for fear of sickness I would not eat it!. But, to make sure that you don't have diseased beef, cook it longer and see what happens!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
