Question: Can I make lazania (lasagne) without cottage/ricotta cheese, using mozarella and chedder!?
Answers:
eeww I hate cottage cheese in lasagna, I always use Ricotta!. But if you don't like it use what you do like, it's your recipe!. Try Parmesan and or Romano, not the powder stuff, but use a grater to grate your own or a potato peeler for larger flakes!. Try slices of Provolone!. Make small batches until you find the mixture you like best!. Don't forget to right them down!.

The lasagna police will not come get you, I promise!.

Good luck!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
