How Do You Make A Hard Chocolate Glaze?!
I want to drizzle it over an angel food cake!. I don't want it as hard as a chocolate shell, just hard enough to stay on the cake and not run or smear -- the cake has to be transported some distance!. Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

a chocolate ganache is really easy to make! you need a box of bittersweet chocolate (i think they are about 10 ounces), and some heavy cream!.
chop the chocolate!.
heat the cream over medium heat in a small saucepan, just until it boils!. watch it closely because it will boil over if you don't take it off the heat right away!. add the chopped chocolate and whisk until smooth and melted!. let it cool a bit before you drizzle it over your cake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
