Cheese Ravioli with Pumpkin Sage Sauce

USE FRESH PUMPKIN INSTEAD OF THE CAN LISTED!.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup chopped shallots
1 (10 ounce) container BUITONI? Refrigerated Alfredo Sauce
1/2 cup LIBBY'S? 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
2 (9 ounce) packages BUITONI? Refrigerated Four Cheese Ravioli
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
DIRECTIONS
Cook wine and shallots in medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until reduced to about 1 tablespoon!. Stir in sauce, pumpkin and sage!. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through!.
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain, reserving cup cooking water!. Stir reserved water into sauce; toss with pasta!. Sprinkle with green onion!. Season with ground black pepper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can make pumpkin pie with pumpkins but they have to be very very fresh pumpkin Cook Time: 50 minutes

1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup evaporated milk, undiluted

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
9-inch pie crust, unbaked
Preparation:
In mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and flour!. Add eggs; mix well!. Add evaporated milk, water and vanilla; mix well!. Pour pumpkin pie mixture into a 9-inch pastry lined pie pan!. Preheat oven to 425°!. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes!. Reduce heat to 350° and bake pumpkin pie for about 35 minutes longer, until pumpkin pie is set!.

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon into a bowl!. Beat egg; mix in milk, pumpkin and salad oil!. Make a well in center of flour mixture; pour in pumpkin mixture all at once!. Sir quickly until flour is just moistened!. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full!. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes, or until done!. Run spatula around each muffin to loosen; serve immediately!. Makes about 15 (2 1/2 inch) muffins
