this is SO incredibly easy and really good!.

-boil a box of pasta!.
-drain it and pour back into the hot pot!.
-mix 3 kinds of cheese into it!.
-i usually use cheddar, monterey jack, and fresh grated parmesan
-do not put milk or butter in because then the cheese will cool and just clump together instead of distributing itself evenly!.
-put some more grated parmesan and some breadcrumbs at the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish!. pour the macaroni in and put more grated cheese and breadcrumbs on top!. the breadcrumbs give it an extra crunchy sensation like baked macaroni and cheese in restaurants
-put a few pats of butter scattered on the top and bake in a 350 degree oven for probably just 10 minutes or so!. remember, everything is already cooked!.

this recipe is so good!!

p!.s!. you can also add crumbled bacon or diced tomatoes to this if you desire!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't have the recipe in front of me, but it is noodles, lots of shredded cheddar and sour cream!. Cook noodles al dente and mix all in a baking dish and bake till the top is as browned as you like it!. You can finish it with the broiler if you like a crispy top!. Can garnish with paprika if you like!. If you want the recipe just email me and I will get it to you after work!. This one is easy to wing it though, just don't go nuts on the sour cream as it may mellow the flavor too much!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
