What kind of tea is good for the person who have flu? what do you put in chicken soup besides chicken?!

What you really need is a hot toddy - believe me, it helps tremendously:
Boil a cup or 2 of water and pour into a mug!. Place an herbal tea bag or a decaffeinated tea bag into the mug and steep for 5 minutes!. Add 1 to 2 tsp!. honey to the tea!. Add 1 shot (approximately 2 oz!.) of bourbon, whiskey or rum!. Stir thoroughly!. Breathe in the steam from the hot toddy as you sip!.

Ultimate Flu-Busting Chicken Soup
3 chicken breasts (skin on and bone in, about 2 pounds)
2 stalks celery, cut in half
4 garlic cloves, peeled
2 cups baby carrots, divided
1 sprig fresh oregano
1 medium yellow onion, cut in half
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (about 4 teaspoons)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano leaves
1 1/2 pounds red or purple potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
3 medium plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped (about 2 cups)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Put chicken, celery, 2 garlic cloves, 1 cup carrots, the oregano sprig, and half the onion into a large pot!. Fill pot with cold water, 2 inches above ingredients; put over high heat!. When water boils, cover and reduce heat to medium!. Simmer 1 hour!.
Set aside chicken to cool and discard all vegetables and herbs!. Strain broth into a large bowl, skim fat from top and set aside!.
Put oil, jalapeno, chopped oregano, 2 remaining garlic cloves (minced) and remaining half onion (chopped) into a large pot!. Cook at medium heat until vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes!. Turn heat to high; add reserved broth, potatoes and remaining carrots!. When broth boils, reduce heat to medium!. Cook until potatoes and carrots are tender, about 15 minutes!.
Remove skin and bones from chicken!. Shred meat into bite-size pieces!. Add chicken, tomatoes, salt and pepper to soup!. Cook until warm!.
Makes about 4 servings!.

2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1/4 cup onion, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
Cook chicken by boiling until tender!. Dice the chicken and set aside!.
Cook noodles according to package directions!.

I once heard that Earl Grey tea is the best to drink because of the bergamot contents that fight off flu, fever, & colds!. There are many healthy benefits when drinking Earl Grey tea!. You can bring up this tea on the internet & read all about EG tea!. Most grocery stores sell this tea!.
As for chicken soup, I add parsley, carrots & a little bit of celery & onion to it for flavor!. After the soup is done, I don't eat the onion & celery!. I only add it for flavor while it's cooking!.

For chicken soup: a whole chicken, chicken & beef bouillon cubes (the beef makes a richer flavor), celery, onions, parsnip & carrots!. Bring to boil in a covered pot!. Once chicken is falling off bone, remove everything from broth!. remove all fat & bones!. Puree all veggies and add back to soup - this makes a very flavorful soup and is especially good fro those who don't like to eat soggy veggies!.
