What can I make with egg roll wraps?!

MEAT FILLED EGG ROLLS
1 lb!. sausage
1 lb!. ground beef
1 med!.-lg!. onion, grated
1 med!. size cabbage, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg!. 6x6 egg roll wraps
1 1/2 c!. oil for deep frying
Mix all ingredients into frying pan except egg roll wraps and oil!. Brown meats and drain!. Place 1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons into the center of each wrap; roll up!. Heat oil in deep pan!. Fry egg rolls in hot oil 2-3 minutes, until golden brown!. Drain on paper towels!. Yield about 18-20!.
OR

1/4 c!. chopped bell pepper
1 (15 oz!.) can refried beans
1/2 c!. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp!. chili powder
Egg roll wrap (2 pkg!.)
Shortening for frying
Taco sauce for dipping
In large skillet brown ground beef with onions and bell pepper!. Drain off fat!. Add beans, chili powder and cheese!. Mix well until cheese is melted!. Place a teaspoonful into egg roll wrappers and fold into squares!. Seal wrappers with water!. Deep fry in shortening until golden brown!. Serve with taco sauce

8 oz!. jar mushrooms
1 lb!. hamburger
2 stalks celery
1 can bamboo shoots
Salt and pepper to taste
Soy sauce to taste

2 eggs
4 tbsp!. water
4 tsp!. cornstarch
Brown hamburger and drain off grease!. Shred cabbage, carrots, and celery as if making slaw!. Chop mushrooms and bamboo shoots into small pieces!. Add all this to hamburger with spices and soy sauce!. Stir and set aside!.
Mix egg, water, and cornstarch in a bowl!. Place egg wrapper in diamond position!. Cover wrapper with a film of egg mixture!. Put 2 heaping tablespoons in lower half of wrapper and fold as if an envelope!. Make sure it is sealed well with no mixture exposed!. Deep fry!. Makes approximately 30!.

Won Ton Wrapper Appetizers
1 (16 ounce) package wonton wrappers
1 pound sausage
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped black olives, drained
1 cup Ranch-style salad dressing
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Spray a miniature muffin pan with cooking spray!.
Insert wonton wrappers into the muffin pan so as to form small cups!. Bake 5 minutes in the preheated oven!. Allow the baked wrappers to cool!. Remove from the pan!.
In a medium bowl, mix the sausage, Monterey Jack, Cheddar, black olives and Ranch-style dressing!. Fill the baked wonton wrapper cups with the mixture!.
Bake the filled wonton wrappers 10 to 15 minutes, until the sausage mixture is bubbly and slightly brown!. Watch closely so the wonton wrappers do not burn

2 links chorizo sausage, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded queso asadero (white Mexican cheese)
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 (14 ounce) package round wonton wrappers
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
Add chorizo to a hot skillet set over medium heat; cook, stirring, until cooked through!. Set aside to cool!.
In a large bowl, stir together ricotta, queso asadero, cilantro, garlic, cumin, and salt!.
Place chorizo in a blender or food processor, and pulse until finely ground!. Pour combined ingredients into blender, and pulse until well blended!.
Place a teaspoonful of filling on a wonton wrapper!. Dip a finger in water, and wet the top half edge of the wrapper!. Fold in half, and pinch the edges to seal!. Set aside, and continue filling and sealing the remaining wrappers!.
Add oil and about 1 tablespoon salt to a pot of boiling water!. Gently place raviolis into water, and cook until raviolis float to the top, about 6 minutes!. Remove to plates with a slotted spoon, and serve topped with marinara sauce!.

Use 1 large egg and mix all together and I add a little garlic powder for extra taste!. You then lay out your eggroll wrapper and go around the edges with water to help them seal better!. Put about a teaspoon of mixture in middle of wrapper fold over to form a triangle and seal!. After you have your ravioli all sealed then you brush oil over both sides to keep them from sticking together!. You put them into a pot of boiling water for about 2 minutes and then take them out!. I do 2 at a time thats about all the pan can handle without making a mess!. Then take some butter and garlic powder to your taste and drizzle over the top!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A really cool desert you can make is to make an apple pie filling and make apple pie egg rolls!. Slice them on a bias and serve them with french vanilla ice cream, powdered sugar and your choice of sauce!.

Believe it or not, you can make wanton soup! Just fill it with meat and veggies and simmer in broth until meat is cooked!.
