Question: How to get banana to ripen quickly for bread!?
I know putting them in the freezer darkens the out side but not really the fruit it self!. What is the best way to get them to ripen more quickly!? Thanks to all for your help!.!.!.!. Or can I use them really fresh!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Peel them and mash them in a small bowl!.

Within 10 minutes, they'll be black and smooshy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can use them if they aren't over ripe, but the bread won't be as sweet!. to quicken the ripening process toss them in a brown paper bag with an apple for a day or two!. The apple releases a lot of the gas that makes food ripen!. That's why anything you put near an apple will ripen and spoil faster than the apple willWww@FoodAQ@Com

You can use them fresh, but softer is better and not so "bitter"!.

So!.!.!.!.I nuke them (put lemon juice on first to prevent discoloring if you mind, just a sprinkle) or roll them in your palms until softer then mash with a hand or electric potato masher!.
The second option works better!.
