Mines very simple;
Cut a potato in half!.
Poke several holes into the white part with a fork!.
Slice some onion very thin!.
Mince some garlic!.
Grab a slab of smoked bacon, dice and fry for a while!.
Lay garlic, onion and drained bacon over each cut half of potato!.
Then slap a ton of butter on each half of the potato!.
Put both potato halves back together!.
Wrap and seal well in aluminum foil and toss into the oven, an open camp fire/coals, or BBQ!. I prefer the camp fire method!.

1 very large over sized baker potato, baked at 400 til skin is crisp and the middle gives no resistance to a sharp knife being inserted!.
In med sized bowl toss in your favorite cheese, veggie, meat, sour cream, butter or a bit of heavy cream!. Whip it all together and scoop out the center of your potato adding it to the mix!. Combine and REstuff the potato!. Top with a bit more cheese til its bubbly and enjoy!.!.!.!. just try not to burn yourself!. I know this sounds like a Twice baked potato but its really not, we only pop it back in the oven for 5 mins no more!.
Now as in roasted potatos, using Yukon Golds, washed and peeled cut in to chunks seasoned with a bit of garlic oil, salt, pepper, Mrs Dash table blend" find in your spice rack section of the grocery" and bake til all sides are golden brown, crisp and delicous!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i'm a student and don't have an oven, so i just stab holes in a potato with a fork & microwave til it's soft!. then i like to top it with butter, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, a little sour cream, chopped green onions or sauteed mushrooms if i have them, and ketchup! yum!Www@FoodAQ@Com
What I usually do it scrub clean a large patato, cut a cross in the middle of it and then add butter to the top of it before wrapping it in tinfoil and cooking it in the over for 35 mins!. You should try this!. It's delicious!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I love a dollop of tuna mixed with mayonnaise and sweetcorn on top of butter and grated cheddar cheese!. The best!Www@FoodAQ@Com
