I have an assignment due tomorrow that I need to make a meal plan for!.The instructions say "You have just received a market basket with the following ingredients: one whole Sole, zucchini, carrots, spinach, leeks, garlic, red bell peppers, and couscous!. In addition to these items, you may use standard pantry items and milk, cream, butter, eggs, and the fresh herbs of your choice in your meal!."

Take some parchment paper and oil it with olive oil in the center
Place in layers thin slices of: washed and chopped leeks, leeks are sandy so make sure they are really cleaned!.!.!.use the whites up to the lightest green not the dark green , wash the zucchini and slice into coin shapes, minced garlic, red bell peppers washed and cut into strips on top lay the piece of fish the sole!. Season with fresh herbs like dill, parsley, lemon slices, salt and pepper butter if you can use it too last use paprika for color!. Give it a little drink of water about 1/4 cup!. Bring together the parchment paper like wrapping a gift but do it very lose and staple it on all sides leave room for steam so it can expand!. Now bake in hot oven about 30 minutes!.
If spinach is frozen defrost and drain and squeeze all water out in clean kitchen towel!. Then mix with couscous after it's been prepared!. (Read the couscous box directions for water and couscous amounts) To prepare it place the amount you need in cooking pot and pour enough boiling water over it and cover it!. The water will cause it to swell up so it needs time to absorb the water!. In the mean time prepare the spinach and mix with the couscous add some olive oil and butter, salt, black pepper, to it so it has a good taste in your mouth!. Parmesan cheese would be a nice addition to this dish folded in just before serving and a grating of nutmeg very small amount!.
Eggs!.!.!.Deviled eggs would be a great way to use them!.
To use the eggs you could boil them for hard boiled eggs!.
You put the eggs in a pot and cover with water bring to a boil then turn off heat and leave covered for 15 minutes!. this should give them time to harden!. Then pour off the hot water!. Place in ice water to cool down for 5 minutes Peel under cold water faucet and cut in half lengthwise!.
Place the yellow parts the yolks in a mixing bowl!. Into the yolks add enough mayonnaise like a couple tablespoons, dash of mustard any kind, sweet pickle relish, just a little drained!.!.!.salt and pepper a dash of each!. Mix these together and stuff back into whites !.!.arrange on plate and sprinkle with paprika or chopped parsley!.they must be kept ice cold in refrigerator so they don't cause food poisoning!. anything with mayo must be handled very carefully!.
I think I used everything but the cream!.!.and milk!.!.!.!.you can always make hot chocolate to drink while you cook the rest of the meal!.!.!.lol
