This is actually one of my kids favorite things to eat!. We use 2 boxes of Kraft Mac & Cheese!. Cook according to the box!. While the water is getting ready to boil, I cook 1 lb hamburger and about one small onion in a fry pan!. Then I drain off the grease from the burger!.
After you follow the directions on the box of mac & cheese, you add the burger/onion mix!. Cook for about 5-10 minutes!. I add a little more milk as need for moisture!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

(-: I dunno, we always mixed our ground beef IN the mac and cheese at home!.

For two, I'd say dice a quarter of an onion very small, and do the same with one small pepper (or half a large pepper -- you can use colored pepper to jazz it up a little, but the green is quite nice)!. Fry until tender, add the ground beef, and fry until nicely browned!. Add season salt and pepper (or just salt and pepper) to taste!. Then just add it it to classic mac and cheese, and you're set!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make sloppy joe's and Kraft dinner, mix the two together, I couldn't believe how good it was, even though I only cook home made meals, this one was good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it is called Hamburger Helper!Www@FoodAQ@Com
