Let's get busy!

Layered Chocolate dessert

First know the amount of people you are going to serve this will guide you how many packages of brownies and pudding you need along with the rest of ingredients!.

One small box of pudding will be enough for 3 people so increase the amounts according to your number of guests!.

If you have some medium size drinking glasses it has a great look to this dessert if not use what you have and it will work too!.

In a mixing bowl mix 2 cups cold milk with 1 small box of pistachio pudding the instant type!. Put in refrigerator to chill!.

Have on hand Cool whip and chocolate syrup!. Hershey makes some great dark choc!. syrup so get that one if possible it's much richer tasting!.

One dark chocolate bar sweet for shaving on top

Red maraschino cherries in a jar with juice

In serving glass or dish, place brownie square crumbled
on top of this add some cool whip, then pudding, more brownie, more cool whip, pudding until you reach the top with cool whip drizzle syrup and top with cherry!.!.!.you can make this ahead of time and keep in refrigerator this can be made in a tall deep large bowl too!. My favorite is almond jello!. I don't know if you can buy this powder mix at your typical supermarkets!. I get the almond jello mix(comes in a box like jello mix) at ranch 99 (or 99ranch) here in so cal!. It's an asian supermarket!.

Just heat it up in boiling water and let it cool exactly like how you make regular jello!. Put it in the fridge when it cools down!.

Here's the kicker:
When the almond jello has solidified, you cut it up into horizontal and vertical squares but don't mix it up yet!.

Add the fruit of your choice ( I like to use fruit cocktail and tangerine slices from the can) over the top and then you can proceed to mix it up with a spoon!. Serve and enjoy bon appetit! Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here's a recipe that I just tried & it turned out great! Its simple but it takes some time!.!. so hopefully you could do this like a day before!.!.!.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake

-2 packages (8 oz!.) of cream cheese
-3 large eggs
-3/4 cup of sugar
-1 tsp!. of vanilla

1!. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2!. Grease a 9x13 cake pan (Glass works best!)
3!. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla!.!.set aside
4!. Using 1 to 1 1/2 tubes of the cookie dough-cut into slices!.!.place in a single layer on the bottom of the pan!. Press the dough together to make the crust of the cheesecake!. **Make sure there are no holes!!
5!. Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of the cookie dough crust
6!.Now this is optional!.!.!.Cut the remaining of the cookie dough into slices and arrange on top of the mixture (you could also 'sprinkle' the cookie dough on top too)
7!. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes!.!.The center will not be completly set!.
8!. Now!.!.You are suppose to refrigerate for 4 hours, but you can let it cool for about an hour before serving!.!.!.its completely up to you!

Its yummy!! People say its addicting!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

what about strawberry dipped with chocolate!. Its super easy to make!.

Buy a box of strawberry or any fruits that go well with chocolate!.
Buy hershey's chocolate bar/bits

Put some chocolate in a small cup, add a couple drops of vegetable oil (this is so it stays melted when warmed and makes it easier to dipped)!. Put in the microwave for 5 sec or until it melts, take out, stir and mix well!.

Start dipping the strawberries, set aside and let it cool!. Add crush nuts to the chocolate if you want a nutty taste!.

also works well with sliced apples/pears/peaches/etcWww@FoodAQ@Com

We made these really yummy cinnamon twists the other day!. Go to the store and get the tubes of breadsticks!. You know like the one's they have buiscuits in, they have breadsticks now too!. :) Anyways, put cinnamon/sugar on them and make them any shapes you want!. You can even add sprinkles or anything else to make them pretty!. Cook them in the oven for like 15 minutesWww@FoodAQ@Com

Your favorite jello and whip topping!. Mix your jello like normal, let sit for a couple of hours in the refrigerator, mix with whip topping and enjoy!. For quicker hardening of the jello cover and place in freezer for one hour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

For a quick dessert I like to cook down some kind of fruit like apples or berries (raspberries, blackberries blueberries or strawberries) with butter, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice!. Cook down till syrupy and spoon over ice cream!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
