Hey,

I simple yet delish salmon recipe is take you whole salmon, it works better if you have a fillet of salmon with one side still having skin!. Turn on your grill, and let it heat up!. I would turn it on medium!. Then take you salmon and put the following on it, lemon pepper, lime (or lemon) juice and then run it in gently but firmly!. Once you have don’t this, put the salmon on some heavy duty tin foil or aluminum foil and close the foil around the salmon, but make sure you put 2 or 3 ice cube in there, because it will keep the fish from drying out!. Put the salmon on the grill for about 30 to 45 minutes!. Let the fish rest for 5 minutes, then open it up and serve with wild rice or asparagus!. I hope this has helped if you have any questions or comments feel free to email me at kevinwjklimeck@comcast!.net

My two favorites are:

salmon fillet cut into portion size pieces
both sides rubbed with a blackening spice
broiled about 4 mins on both sides

the other is the same method, but instead of blackening spice, I use Helman's Lemonaise!. It's an awesome product!. If you can't find the lemonaise, google a recipe for lemon mayonaise!.

On occasion, I have stuffed and baked or bbq'd a whole salmon!.

Grille the salmon using your favorite method - Could use a honey maple glaze or just plain salt and pepper!. Serve a 4 oz portion hot over a home made Caesar Salad!. The flavor combination goes as well as a chicken Caesar salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
