Ideas on "painting" chocolate?!

Question: Ideas on "painting" chocolate!?
I'm making some chocolates for Thanksgiving!. I have some really cute chocolate molds, but some have alot of detail!. It's really hard to put colored chocolate in those areas & once I add other colors, they sometimes start to blend!. Is there an edible paint I can use once the candy is done!? Is there another way to do this that'll have better results!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
You can easily make "plastic chocolate", that can be rolled out or shaped in the same way as fondant!. You could them cut shapes and put it on your molded chocolate, or press it into the outside of the mold, cut to fit, peal off and put on the molded chocolate!. If you use white chocolate to make the plastic chocolate, you can color it with food coloring!.

INGREDIENTS

* 1 pound semisweet chocolate, chopped
* 3/4 cup light corn syrup

DIRECTIONS

1!. Melt chocolate in a large metal bowl over a pan of simmering water!. Stir occasionally until smooth!. Remove from heat, and stir in the corn syrup!. The mixture will become sticky, but keep stirring until very well blended!.
2!. Spoon onto a piece of plastic wrap, and wrap tightly!. Let stand at room temperature until firm before using!. Overnight is best!. Use unsweetened cocoa powder on work surfaces to prevent sticking!.
