Hamburgers are made into patties and fried in a skillet!. About 5 mins!. on each side!.

Sausage patties are fried in a skillet like hamburgers!. Sausage links are also fried in a skillet (but add a little water to the bottom)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There's no need to feel embarassed! It's not your fault that you don't have experience!. To start off, I would recommend that you not eat too much of those things that you just listed!. That said, you can make some fast, simple and cheap meals with them!.

Some examples of simple and cheap:

Open a can of baked beans, put the contents in a sauce pan!. Set the heat to low!. Slice a couple of hot dogs and add to the beans!. Serve when the hot dogs are warm!. You can add chopped onion and maybe some other chopped vegetable like carrots to stretch it (it will be more meals for less money) and make it more nutritious!. You could also serve it over cooked pasta (very simple, just boil water, add pasta, cook until it's soft, drain) to accomplish the same thing!.

Another one: mashed potatoes with peas and eggs!. This is a lot better for you!. Wash and cut into 1 inch cubes 3 large potatoes!. Place in a pot, add enough water to cover them, and bring the water to a boil!. Once it boils you can turn the heat down a little!. If a lot of water starts to evaporate, you can add more to cover the potatoes again; just bring the water back up to a boil like you did before!. When the potatoes are soft enough to poke a fork through, add a couple of cups of frozen peas to the water!. Cook another few minutes!. Then drain the potatoes and peas in a colander, and you can put them back in the pot!. Add about 1/2 cup of milk and 1-2 tablespoons of butter!. You can also add diced onion!. Then using a potato masher or some other kitchen utensil (big fork, whatever you can mash with) mash everything in the pot together!. Don't forget to add salt and pepper to taste!. It doesn't have to be perfectly smooth, and you can peel the potatoes before cutting them if you don't like skins!. The mashed potatoes are really good served with a simple fried egg!.

Very easy: tuna and corn salad!. You'll need a can of tuna, better if it's packed in oil instead of water, a can of corn, and plain white rice!. Boil water in a saucepan, add about 1/2 teaspoon of salt and add the rice!. Boil till the rice is soft, and drain any extra water!. Mix the rice with the corn (drain the liquid), and the tuna (keep the oil if it's packed in oil, discard the water if it's packed in water)!. Stir all together and salt to your taste!. You could also add chopped onion, hard boiled egg (simmer eggs in their shells on low heat for about 15 minutes, rinse under cold water then peel), or other canned vegetables!.

One more: pasta sauce!. Warm a saucpan and add !.5 pounds of ground beef!. Set the heat to med/low, and stir the beef, breaking it up into small pieces, letting it get brown on all sides!. Add a chopped onion and a clove of diced garlic!. When the onion is soft, add a large can of crushed or diced tomatoes (if they're diced add the juice too)!. Sprinkle 1 t dried Italian herbs and salt to your taste!. You can also add a couple of chopped mushrooms when you add the onions!. It increases the flavor for not a lot of extra money!. Cook the sauce on low heat while you cook pasta, and it should be ready when the pasta is ready!.

Since you asked about burgers and sausage: for burgers form raw meat into patties!. Sprinkle salt on each side!. Fry on medium/high heat about 4 minutes each side, or until inside is no longer pink!. Sausage I think is the same!. If you're not using a non-stick pan you may need to add some oil before adding the meat, especially if the meat is not very fatty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My first advice would be to ditch the junk food like that and eat properly!. A simple dish of boiled rice, steamed veggies and grilled (broilled) fish is far healthier for you and definately for your daughter if she is on solids!.

However you can boil/simmer hotdogs and sausages, and grill (broil) sausages and hamburgers!. Try grilling, and see how much fat oozes out!.

For your hot dogs, you can bring a sauce pan of water to a boil and drop in your dogs for 2 or 3 minutes, then they are done!. Or you can fry/grill them in a skillet!. Just turn them over 'n over for about a minute or too!.
Hamburger meat can be made into patties or you can buy them already preformed!. Fry or saute them in a tablespoon of oil in the skillet, over medium heat, about 4 minutes on each side!. You can toast your hamburger buns in the same skillet, if you prefer!.
Fry sausage in a tablespoon of oil in the skillet the same way you did the hamburger patties!. You'll know the meat is done when there it is no longer red/pink inside!.
Don't be embarrassed!.!.!. everyone who wants to cook has to start somewhere!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

here are some simple ideas
-chicken breasts
take some chicken breasts and put them in a large ziploc bag and put about half a bottle of italian dressing in the bag with the chicken breasts!. put the bag in the refrig for a few hours!. take out a baking pan and line it with tinfoil!. take the chicken out of the fridge and let it come up to room temperature (about 25 minutes) and turn your oven to 375 after that put the chicken in the baking pan and let it cook for at least 30 minutes and up to 40 minutes!. make sure it is done well or it can make you really sick!. for sides try some veggies that you can steam in the microwave (like birdseye steamables) and instant mashed potatoes
-hotdogs are easy but they are really bad for you so i wouldn't eat them more than once a week!. if you need any more you can email me Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just to let you know I didn't know how to cook either so don't feel bad!. I have had my share of bad recipes and burnt food!. Still do on occasion!. So here it goes and I hope this helps!.

Hot Dogs!.
First make sure you get your self a good size frying pan and a medium sauce pot for boiling!.
Next get yourself a package of hot dogs and open them up!.
Fill up your sauce pot half way with water then place your uncooked hot dogs on the stove and heat till boiling on medium to high heat for about 15 minutes or less depending on hoe hot your stove gets!. Make sure your hot dogs do not get too plump or they will split on you!.

Next:
For Hamburgers:

Get yourself a package of ground beef and open the package!. Then get yourself a medium bowl and put your meat in it!. Then sprinkle some salt and pepper and pour a little bit of Barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce!. Make sure you only put a little bit of that because a little goes a long way!. Maybe only 2 Tablespoons of Barbecue sauce and 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce!. Mix well till you can see no more sauce!. Pat the meat till level and make an "+" in the meat as a diagram for how much you use for each hamburger patty!. Take out one of the squares in the cross and roll it into a ball and pat it down till it is only 1/2 or 1 inch high and round!. Then place in your frying pan on medium to high heat and once it starts to change colors on the sides flip it over with a spatula!. Make sure you do this often as not to burn the meat!. Make sure you check the center of the meat and make sure it isn't still pink in the center by making a cut with your spatula and picking out a small piece from the center!. Make sure you do this for all the rest of the squares of raw meat!. That should get you well on your way!.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask I am very glad to help in any way I can!.
Have a blessed day!.
