Answers:
Plain coffee is basically calorie free!. A "dash" of cream is probably about 20 calories (and I'm over-estimating to be safe), so:
2 "dashes" of cream: 40
Cream of Wheat: 130
1/2 cup 2% milk: 70
8 oz!. glass juice: 160
2 slices whole wheat bread: 160
1 serving turkey breast (sliced): 50
(mustard is basically calorie free)
Boiled chicken breast: 150
pinto beans: 140
1/2 avocado: 170
2 corn tortillas: 140

TOTAL: 1210Www@FoodAQ@Com

Calorieking!.com is a great website!. It sounds like you have a very healthy diet, so I wouldn't recommend paying too much attention to calories unless you really need to lose weight!. Just remember that certain things like fruit juice, avocados, and tortillas can have more calories than you might imagine!. My only other suggestion is to get more calcium or take a supplement; you seem to be lacking that nutrient!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try calorieking!.com
It is a great site and has tons of food items!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
