Answers:
Chop up the banana into 8 to 12 slices!.
Put banana, orange juice (8 oz) and plain yogurt (1cup) into the blender!.
Blend all three ingredients until texture is smooth!.
Taste test the smoothie, adding more banana, yogurt or orange juice as you see fit!.
