Answers:
Use this recipe; just cook on Low in the slow cooker for 6-8 hours or High for 3-4, rather than on teh stovetop!.

Chicken Stock

1 chicken carcass (deli rotisserie chicken bones are perfect!)
2 large celery stalks with leaves, chopped
2 large carrots, sliced in big chunks
1 onion, quartered
1 bunch parsley
3 sprigs fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried)
2 bay leaves
2 cloves garlic, halved
1 Tbsp!. kosher salt, or to taste
1 Tbsp!. whole black peppercorns

Cover chicken bones with water and bring to a boil over high heat, skimming off bubbling foam as it forms!. Add celery, carrots, onion, herbs, salt and pepper and simmer, half-covered on low heat, for at least 1? hours!. The chicken will come away easily from the bone!. Pour soup through strainer to get a clear broth!. Let cool!. When broth has completely cooled, skim off the fat!.

1 tablespoon dried basil

First thing in the morning - or last thing at night - chuck in your chicken, vegetables, spices, stock cube, herbs, a bit of rice - whatever comes to hand or is in your fridge just waiting to be used up!. Pour in some boiling water - depending on how deep your cooker is!. Don't swamp the ingredients if you want a nice thick juicy mixture when it's done!. If you want it thinner, add more hot water a bit later on!. Put the lid on, and then leave it to cook for at least 4-6 hours!. You could do it on very low for about 8 hours +, if you are going out all day or want a lie in in the morning!. By the time it's done, the chicken should fall off the bone!. If you are having it as a stew, eat it as it is; if you just want soup, take out the bones and then liquidise it all!. You can do this sort of thing with any meat!. If you buy cheap cuts of meat, the longer you do them, the more tender they will be!. If you want to turn it into curry, you add one of those cook in sauces or add your own variety of curry powders and spices etc!. It's very versatile!. Don't take the lid off to look at it for at least 4 hours because you won't see much change in the cooker!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

celery, carrots, dill, garlic, onions, salt, pepper, water, and a whole chicken!. cook 7-8 hours on low!. remove the chicken from juice!. strain the veggies out and skim the fat off the top of the broth!. shred your chicken and add back to strained broth!. you can re-use the veggies for chicken noodle soup, or toss them and make dumplings out of bisquick!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I put chicken pieces, stock cube, vegetables (any) mixed hebs and put on for about 7 hours stirring every now and then!. The shop bought casserole packet mixes are nice too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just place all your ingredients in the slow cooker an let it cook for around 5 to 6 hoursWww@FoodAQ@Com
