1 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons finely minced fresh parsley



DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, mix together oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, wine vinegar, and lemon juice!. Stir in mustard powder, salt, pepper, and parsley!. Use to marinate chicken before cooking as desired!. The longer you marinate, the more flavor it will have!.

Korean BBQ Chicken Marinade --

"This sauce is from the very popular 'chicken bowls' in my hometown!. It's very tasty! Use it as a marinade for chicken, or to baste chicken while grilling!. Increase the hot chile paste as desired!. Four tablespoons is usually as much as anyone can take!"





INGREDIENTS
1 cup white sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
4 teaspoons hot chile paste (optional)



DIRECTIONS
In a medium saucepan over high heat, whisk together the sugar, soy sauce, water, onion powder, and ground ginger!. Bring to a boil!. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 5 minutes!.
Remove the mixture from heat, cool, and whisk in lemon juice and hot chile paste!. Place chicken in the mixture!. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours before preparing chicken as desired!.

Cornell Chicken Marinade --

"A lovely chicken marinade with oil, vinegar, poultry seasoning, egg and salt and pepper!. Your chicken will love you for this baste, and so will the family!."





INGREDIENTS
1 egg
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups cider vinegar
3 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon ground black pepper



DIRECTIONS
Crack the egg into a medium bowl and whisk until beaten!. Slowly whisk in the oil until fully blended!. Then whisk in the vinegar, salt, poultry seasoning, and ground black pepper!. Set some of the sauce aside to use for basting while grilling!. Place chicken in shallow baking dish, and coat with sauce!. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours!.

My favorite: soy sauce, black pepper, sesame oil, brown sugar, fresh garlic (crushed and chopped) , garlic and onion powder!. You use the garlic and onion powder to "bind" the sauce to the chicken!.

Second favorite: lemon juice, black pepper, olive oil and garlic!.

My personal favorite Chicken Marinade:

INGREDIENTS

Try making a jerked chicken marinade: Olive oil and soy sauce (half a cup each); 2 tbls of lime juice; 2 cloves of garlic, crushed; 4 Tbls of Jerk seasoning you can buy at the market (mostly allspice, dried peppers, clove, thyme, nutmeg, cinnamon, more garlic) and some kind of fresh hot pepper, preferably scotch bonnet!.

This can get real hot or be relatively mild depending on amount of peppers going in!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Steak & Ale Meat Marinade

for beef or chicken

1 3/4 cups Pineapple Juice
? cup Soy Sauce
? cup Dry White Wine
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/3 cup Sugar
1 tsp!. Garlic, minced fine

Simply mix all together!. You can let the meat sit in here for up to 24 hours!. Grill or pan-fry the meat of your choice!. Add a little bit of butter to the pan if you are going to cook it in a skillet!.

I like to use a few ounces of tequilla and water, fresh lime juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder and pour it over the chicken breast and let it sit for about 20 minutes!. Then grill it over open flames and pour remaining marinade over the chicken while it's cooking!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
