Question: What is the best way to make homemade chocolate pudding!?

Easy Chocolate Pudding

1/2 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 3/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract



DIRECTIONS
In a saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt!. Place over medium heat, and stir in milk!. Bring to a boil, and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a metal spoon!. Remove from heat, and stir in margarine and vanilla!. Let cool briefly, and serve warm, or chill in refrigerator until serving!.

EASY CHOCOLATE PUDDING

1/2 c!. sugar
3 tbsp!. cornstarch
2 1/2 c!. milk
1/3 c!. cocoa
1/4 tsp!. salt
1 tsp!. vanilla

Mix sugar, cornstarch, cocoa and salt in saucepan!. Slowly stir in milk, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick!. Stir and cook 3 minutes longer; stir in vanilla!. Chill!. Makes 6!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you want a great 'chocolate pudding' this is fool proof and people just can't quit complimenting it!!

Buy the boxed chocolate pudding - but Instead of using MILK - use half and half (half cream/half milk) - it gives it the most luscious creamy silky feel on your tongue and oh it is rich but so delicious!

I use this to fill my eclairs sometimes and people RAVE! lol Little do they know!.!.!.!.
