How do I make chocolate ganache suitable for filling!?

Chocolate Ganache --
INGREDIENTS
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
DIRECTIONS
In a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate chips with cream over low heat!. Remove from the heat!. Refrigerate, stirring occasionally!.
For a pourable ganache, cool until mixture reaches 85 degrees F-90 degrees F and is slightly thickened, about 40 minutes!. Pour over cake, allowing some to flow down the edges to completely coat!. Spread ganache with a spatula if necessary to evenly coat, working quickly before it thickens!. Chill until set!.
For spreadable ganache, chill until mixture reaches a spreadable consistency!. Spread over cake!. Chill until set!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

3!. Whipping Cream 150 g
4!. Rum 2 Tbsp (optional)
- Brake Baking Chocolate to small pieces
- Chop Butter to small pieces
- Bring Chocolate + Butter in to Bowl heat until melt
- Pour in Whipping Cream and Rum Stir until Smooth well

You can use chocolate chips, also you can really use anything!. I've even used skim milk!.!.!.not as rich obviously but it works!
I suggest just boiling the whipping cream/heavy cream/milk whatevever you decide to use then remove from heat and slowly add the chocolate and constantly stir to smooth it!.
Since chocolate burns really easy I've always found this to be a fool proof way to make it!Www@FoodAQ@Com
