Good cookie recipes to bake with kids?!

Question: Good cookie recipes to bake with kids!?
I'm babysitting tonight; it's usually for both a boy and a girl, but the boy isn't going to be home tonight and I know the girl (she's six) loves making cookies, so I was thinking we'd bake some!. What are some simple, quick, fun cookie recipes!? Preferably some without too much stuff in them since I don't know what they have at their house (I usually babysit at their mom's house, but I'm going to be at their dad's tonight)!. Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have made them w/ my 7 and 9 yr old siblings, as well as my 6 yr old niece!. they love helping roll the marshmallows and love how they taste!. also requires only a few, simple ingredients, you could get everything for under $10!. Id use only 1 pkg of crescent rolls!.

Magic Marshmallow Crescent Puffs

In small bowl combine sugar, flour and cinnamon!. Separate dough into 16 triangles!.
Dip 1 marshmallow in margarine, roll in sugar mixture!.
Place marshmallow on wide end of triangle!.
Roll up starting at wide end of triangle and rolling to opposite point!.
Completely cover marshmallow with dough; firmly pinch edges to seal!.
Dip 1 end in remaining margarine; place margarine side down in ungreased large muffin cup or 6 oz custard cup!.
Repeat with remaining marshmallows!.

Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown!.
(Place foil or cookie sheet on rack below muffin cups to guard against spills!.)
