Are eggs important when making brownies?!
Do I really need eggs for making brownies!? Is there anything else I could use, or can I just make brownies without them!?

There are replacements for eggs used by vegans!. You could try one of these when you don't have any eggs!.
Firstly, there are powder egg replacers that you can buy!. Generally you mix 1 1/2 tablespoons of the powder with 2 tablespoons of water!. You could also just put together 1 heaping tablespoon soy flour or bean flour with 1 tablespoon water!. This is best used for cookies or things that are crispy as it may make it denser and harder!.
1 tablespoon whole flax seeds ground finely in a coffee grinder or 2 1/2 tablespoons pre-ground flax seeds with 3 tablespoons water per egg needed!. Whisk together with a fork until gelatinous, like an egg white!. This has an earthy taste, so it's best used with whole grain things like bran muffins, corn muffins, oatmeal cookies and pancakes!. It's not recommended in cakes or brownies because of the taste!. Always store ground flax in the freezer!. This also contributes to omega-3 fatty acids!.
Soda - as in soda pop!
A 12-ounce can of soda can be used in the place of 3 eggs for most oil/egg combination required by most cake mixes!. Omit both the oil and egg and pour the whole can in the batter!. I haven't tried this, but do know that the carbonation will have the lifting effect (making it fluffy) and the soda ingredients will be binders!.
Replacers I might use for brownies: (amounts for 1 egg needed)
2 tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon oil and 2 teaspoons baking powder combined
1/4-1/3 cup apple sauce with 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, optional for lighter texture
1/4 cup canned pumpkin, plus 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, optional for lighter texture
1 tablespoon plain agar powder with 1 tablespoon water, whipped, chilled and whipped again (would have to be purchased at a health food store!.!.!. and too much work for me!)
Ones you can use for other baking, but I wouldn't use for brownies:
2 tablespoons potato starch
1/4 cup mashed potatoes
2-3 tablespoons tomato paste
2-3 tablespoons arrowroot powder
2-3 tablespoons instant potato flakes
2-3 tablespoons mashed sweet potatoes
Lastly, an egg replacer for delicate, light colored sweets for future reference (equivalent to 2 eggs):
1 tablespoon tapioca or cornstarch
1 tablespoon potato starch
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon xanthan gum, if you have it
scant 1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons oil
Sift together the starches, baking powder and xanthan!. Add water and oil!. Whisk until thoroughly combined and somewhat frothy!. This can be used in the place of egg whites, because it leavens like beaten egg whites!. It does not promote browning, add protein or impart a yellow color like real eggs though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
