It depends on how you like your veggies!. Crunchy!? Don't cook them!. They will just have a stronger flavor (which is great)!. If you like them softer and not so crisp, you could put them in a skillet for a couple minutes with butter or olive oil and let them cook down a bit before putting them on the pizza!.

Good luck!. YummmWww@FoodAQ@Com

NO never cooking the Toppings of Pizzas before baking the Pizzas, everything, Cheese, Meats, Vegetables, and everything you put on a Pizza is not to be Pre-Cooked, Rule of Thumb Flatten Dough with a Rolling Pin, place on Floured Pan, Pour the Sauce on the Dough, put in the Raw Toppings over Sauce, and Cook at 375 Degrees for 20 to 25 Minutes and You got a Good Pizza

Now I got a Recipe to make Dough Enjoy

Pizza Dough

1 Cup of Warm Water (105 Degrees) Use your Thermometer put it in Your Chef Jacket has a Thermometer Pocket
3 1/2 Cups of All Purpose Unbleached Flour
2 TBSP of Olive Oil
2 TBSP of Honey
1 TSP of Salt
1 TSP of Yeast

Put Warm Water into a Bowl, Add Salt, Honey and Yeast and Mix, let it stand for 10 Minutes, add Flour and Olive Oil and Mix, when mixture get heavy, knead dough with your hands, until you get a ball that's smooth, if it drys or cracks add more water, If its wet, soupy sloppy add more flour, coat dough with Olive Oil, place it in Large Bowl Cover with Plastic Grocery Bag that you save put it into good use here, let it rise for an hour in room temperature!.
Beat it down until it deflates, let it sit for another hour, put the dough on a lightly flour surface put a bit of flour on top and make it into a shape of a pie by stretching it out from the center outwards use a rolling pin until the dough is 10 inch long, place in Pizza Pan and poke it with a fork to let air escape, while the pizza is in the Oven!.
Put Pizza Sauce, Pizza Cheese and Favorite Toppings for me its Pepperoni, Mushrooms and Green Peppers, bake at 350 Degrees for 25 Minutes, or 375 Degrees for 20 Minutes wait until Crust is Golden Brown let it cool for 5 Minutes before slicing then slice then eat then Enjoy!.

it depends do you like it crispy and crunchy if you do then do not cook them before but if you like it soft and chewy then do cook them most people cook before but some don't Www@FoodAQ@Com

No; vegetables just need washing before slicing!.
Pepperoni is already cooked, you're just heating it!.
Something like Italian sausage, I'd cook first & drain the fat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nope! But you may want to cook it a little longer than 13 min!. Maybe till the cheese gets bubbly (15-30 mins!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com
