Making shortbread with chocolate dipped edges?!
Has anyone ever done this!? I am looking for an easy way to get the edges chocolate covered only!.!.!.suggestions!? They are round cookies btw! ThanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

well you're just going to have the hold the cookie in the center with your thumb and forefinger each on each side of the cookie (bottom and top), then roll it in the chocolate you know, turning it like a wheel!?!?!?!. I'd then put on waxed paper to cool!. idkWww@FoodAQ@Com

no sorry but it sounds really good maybe you melt Chocolate and then get one of those basting brushes but a new one and like paint the chocolate on itWww@FoodAQ@Com
