stuff like sloppy joes or breakfast for dinner is always quick, but here's an idea that looks & tastes a little fancier - pasta alfredo with chicken and spinach or broccoli!. for the sauce, i use this recipe, it takes like 5 minutes:
http://allrecipes!.com/Recipe/Quick-and-E!.!.!.

then i cut up some chicken breasts, season with garlic salt and pepper, and saute in olive oil with some minced garlic!. when they're almost done cooking, i toss in a (thawed) package of frozen spinach or broccoli florets and cook it all together for a minute or two!. this whole process takes less than 10 minutes!.

meanwhile, you can be boiling the water for and cooking the spaghetti, and then just serve it with pasta, the chicken/veg mixture, and sauce poured over it!. so delicious & gourmet-tasting, but takes like half an hour! i like it with garlic bread and salad on the side!. enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
